After placing your order, simply upload a clear photo and enter the name you’d like included in the artwork. We focus on the most important visual characteristics, such as hair, eye color, skin tone, and any distinctive features like glasses or similar details.

Each illustration is created individually in the selected artistic style to ensure the final result feels natural, expressive, and truly personal.
Will I receive a preview before printing?

Yes!

Within 1 business day, we'll email a preview of your poster to the address provided at checkout.

Once you approve it, we move on to printing and shipping.
What kind of revisions can I request during the approval stage?

During the preview stage, we’re happy to consider reasonable adjustments related to the core characteristics, including:

  • hair color or hairstyle
  • eye color
  • skin tone
  • gender
  • distinctive features (such as glasses)

Please note that revision requests are limited to these elements. Requests involving a different artistic style, pose, composition, or a complete redesign are not included, as each artwork is created based on the selected style.
Where are your products made and shipped from?

All posters are professionally printed by our local production partners — in the USA for US & Canada orders and in Europe for EU orders. Shorter shipping, faster delivery and no customs fees.
How long does the entire process take?
  • Design preview: 1–2 business days
  • Production: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery: usually 3–5 business days in the US, 3–7 within the EU

What photo quality is recommended?
